The DongFeng Cummins QSB6.7-C220 is an electronic, six-cylinder, charge-

air-cooled (CAC), turbocharged, four-stroke diesel engine with direct fuel
injection. Included are a heavy-duty radiator and transmission oil cooler. The
engine is built with a high degree of precision to withstand high output while
corresponding to high demands on operational safety and service life.

MAXIMIZER POWERTRAIN SYSTEM

Starting with tractors assembled in China, the standard Kalmar TL165 4x2 Off
Road tractor now has the fuel saving Maxi-Mizer Powertrain System as a
standard feature.

This includes:

 Electronic speed governing in the Cummins QSB6.7 engines in lieu of

gear-binding.
 Load Based Shift Schedule (LBSS) programmed in the Allison
transmission, which senses the load and changes gear positions for
better economy.
 “Reduced Load at Stop” (RELS) is replaced by Allison Neutral at Stop
(ECLR), which reduces fuel usage and vehicle emissions.

Front Axle: Hande front axle 5500kg (LDH7140.200201 on the nameplate),

Inner wheel 47°, Outer wheel 36° steering angle with gearbox type integral
power steering & mechanical back up; pneumatic S-cam brakes.

CABIN

The TL165 cabin is a one person, flat-roof, left hand-hand drive cab constructed of
welded steel mounted on anti-vibration rubber mountings in front and an air
suspension unit at the rear. Roof is flat with a 1438 mm normal, interior height (cabin
floor to ceiling).

It is designed to provide maximum visibility, low noise levels, excellent comfort and
ergonomics for the driver. For easy servicing, the cabin has an integrated, curbside
hood for daily maintenance checks. For more extensive maintenance work, an
electric over hydraulic pump system will allow the cabin to be tilted 45. Standard
cabin color is White, other color is optional.
