Mobilization of personnel based on mobilization plan approved by Employer upon Contract sign,
and first mobilization shall be executed no later than one (1) month after the Notice to Proceed
has been issued by the Employer.
The qualifications of key personnel are as follow:
a. Qualification of General Manager:
1. Educational background of minimum Bachelor or equivalent majoring Mechanical
Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Control Instruments.
2. Capable to communicate well in English (Oral and Written), TOEFL score 550 or
equivalent.
3. Has minimum 10 years of experience in Managerial Level or General Manager in coal
fired power plant with a minimum capacity of 2x50 MW.
4. Have work reference in power plant O&M field with good performance in the last 5 years.
5. Understand and competent in managing power plant O&M with business process in
accordance with Management of Plant Assets.
6. Able and willing to cooperate with team and dutifully perform tasks, rules and regulations
applicable in Indonesia.
