Help if problems occur

If you have any problems with your device, which you are not able to solve on your own:
► Make a note of the identification number of your device. You can find the
identification number on the type rating label of the housing or execute the
application Serial-/ Identnumber reader at
http://support.ts.fujitsu.com/Content/IdentHelp.asp.
► Contact the service desk responsible for your country (see service desk list or
the Internet at http://support.ts.fujitsu.com/contact/servicedesk) for clarification of
the problem. Please have available the identification/serial number of your
system.

Warranty Information

English:
Fujitsu grants a minimum warranty period of one year. For some products this period can
even be longer.
For that reason you should look up your personal warranty information under the country
specific Internet Information Portal which is available under
www.fujitsu.com/fts/support/warranty.
In case you have no possibility to access the Internet you can also contact the Service
Desk in your country in order to receive the information.

Deutsch:
Fujitsu gewährt mindestens 1 Jahr Garantie auf dieses Produkt. Für verschiedenste
Produkte kann die Garantiezeit auch deutlich länger sein.
Aus diesem Grunde sollten Sie die individuelle Garantiezeit Ihres Systems auf der jeweils
landesspezifischen Seite im Internet einsehen. Die entsprechenden Seiten erreichen Sie
über www.fujitsu.com/fts/support/warranty.
Sollten Sie keinen Internetzugang haben, können Sie sich auch an den Service Desk in
Ihrem Land wenden, der Ihnen die Garantieinformation ebenso übermitteln kann.

products has now gone fully online. Warranty terms and conditions are available on
http://hk.fujitsu.com/pc/warranty. For details of eligible models with partial coverage of
Accidental Breakage to LCD monitor and Accidental Liquid Damage to Motherboard,
please visit http://hk.fujitsu.com/pc/warranty.
Please register online within 7 days of purchase. Service centres reserve the rights to
reject warranty services if the unit is not registered for warranty.
Should you have any enquiries with regards to the terms and conditions, please contact
your place of purchase or the Fujitsu authorised service providers.
