Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing in response to your job posting which appeared on your web site. The
position of Aircraft Maintenance Engineer, is of considerable interest to me and I believe I
have the qualifications and experience required for this position.
Although I do not have the license of Aircraft Maintenance Engineer yet, I still have a
chance to get an AME license within one year. Transport Canada has reviewed my training
documents and allowed me to take write the AME-M technical exam based on my experience. I
would be happy if you could hire me as an Aircraft mechanic until I get the AME license.
I hold the FAA certificate of A&P mechanic, and I had seven-year experience of
maintaining and repairing on Boeing and Airbus aircraft, especially I was authorized to release
to service on United Airlines, Korean Air, JeJu Air, and Xiamen Airlines aircraft. Types of aircraft
I worked on are B737 and A330.
After you have examined the enclosed resume for details of my qualifications, I would be
happy to answer questions. Please call me or send me an email via havythoai@live.com to
arrange an interview at your convenience so that we discuss how my ability could contribute to
WestJet.
Sincerely,
Thomas Ha
