Students have the option to request the remainder of their study materials in their program, once certain criteria
have been met.

Before we can release complete access to your program materials, you must sign and return this Waiver
of Cancellation Refund form. Also, your account must be paid in full, and a signed enrolment agreement
must be on file. As soon as we receive this completed form, and the other requirements have been met,
we will provide you with access to the balance of the materials.

Although you will receive the balance of your materials, you must still progress through your program in the order of your
courses. Access to exams within your courses will be made available as you progress in the order of your coursework.

Waiver of Cancellation Refund

I acknowledge that once I have access to the balance of my materials, I waive the following options: I will not be
eligible to transfer funds paid on this program into a new program, and I will not be entitled to a refund if I decide
to cancel my program, or if the school cancels my program. I understand that the school may cancel my program
for academic reasons, such as failing grades.
