- Contractor to remove part of boundary wall ring beam which had been casted without proper batching and without vibrating concrete.
- Floor finish at the canteen open area behind the kitchen to be Terrazzo.

No material presented on site for testing and inspection.

-No reported incident during this week.

7.0 WORK SCHEDULE

7.1 Slowed / stopped works
-Sanitary and electrical fittings work not started due non delivery.
- Tilling delayed because there were no tiles on site but have now been delivered.
7.2 Special observations
– Work is behind schedule by about 13% mainly due to lack of required materials or late delivery of the same.
