We believe soon you will find that you have made a cleverest choice!

This booklet is a small gift from us. It is intended for helping you to
know your sealing machine better, and then further to optimize it.
Basically, this booklet contains two parts: operation guidance and
related valuable information.

In the part of the operation guidance, we will furnish you with a lot
of complementary illustrations, so you may pick up those operation
guides more quickly.

In the latter chapter of Trouble Shooting, Circuit Schema as well as

Technical Service and Information, which we think, you may need
them just in case. Therefore, for your quick reference, we try to table
them as much as possible.

 1. CHAPTER
Functions of the device:

The general characteristic of the Rotary Sealer Machine is to seal PMSSteripack®

standards fitting sterilization pouches in accordance with the hygiene conditions desired seal
distance by using heat and pressure.

Dimensions, weight & capacity:

Wight : 31cm Paper sled (outside) : 7cm

Length : 4cm Weight (net) : 14.5kg
Height : 20cm

Accessory of sealing machine: (Transfer Roller)

While processing with the rotary sealer the pouches have to be supported by hand.
But with an additional ‘Transfer Roller’ (on request available) sealing process will be safer
and faster.

 2. CHAPTER
The installation and the usage of the machine up to the below conditions will rise
working life of the machine and keep it also for the designated time under the warranty
scope.
Conforming the below rules are strongly necessary, otherwise PMSSteripack® will not be
responsible from the physical damages and accidents.

1) Please check the machine for probable visible damage after remove. If there are crushed,
dented or bended marks on the machine, it could create problems during the installation.
Resend the machine back before use it.
2) Put the Machine on the flat ground horizontally and make sure its four legs touched the
surface, stand still.
3) Industrial or city electricity system must be appropriate to the following conditions;
a) Ground connected socket or ground electricity mechanism.
b) Fused circuit electricity system
c) 220 volt 50 Hz power
d) If extension cable necessary, the length should be max. 5 meter 2x3 TTR cable is
recommended for security. (It is prohibited and dangerous to add extra cable to
machine’s utility line.)

3. CHAPTER
1) Main power cable is placed on the left, behind of the machine and another side of cable is
fixed into the ground connected electricity socket. (Photo 1)

2) Steripack entry component is put into the front left of the machine, and then it is fixed
with washer and bolt. As seen on the Photo2 (A, B, C, D).

ATTENTION!!!
Steripack entry component must be placed as seen as (A, B, C, D,E,F) letter one by one.

3) Press on the button (I/O) behind the device to start of machine (Photo3).

4) The LCD monitor on the machine shows the first values of the factory settings (Photo 4).
You can change the language by pressing L button on the LCD. For another language
continue to press L button.

5) After started getting hot, when the machine raised requested temperature, it can give a
sound signal (means it was ready) in 2-10 minutes depending on weather condition of the
environment.

6) The instrument should be put into the suitable pouch vertically, it mustn’t force the pouch
as seen on Photo 5.There must be enough space top of the pouch for safe sealing (about 3
cm). Then the instruments in the pouch must be held vertically on the machine (Photo-6).
After the sensors perceived the pouch, the sealing will start from left to right direction.

Machine stops automatically after sealing done. Machine waits on standby position until
next sealing operation. If break is more than 30 minutes, it is recommended to turn off the
machine to save electricity.
CAUTION!!!
The material should be put into the suitable pouch vertically and drop the
bottom of the package carefully without forcing it. There should be at least three cm
empty space between the mouth of the pouch and instrument. This can enable the safe
sealing.

7) The seal strength of the first pouch must be controlled absolutely. If it is not substantial,
temperature can raise or drop on the LCD screen.

8) ) If sealing strength is weak, according to the machines reference values the temperature
should be raised with 2° Cs periods (for example 180 to 182° ) up to maximum level of 220°
Cs. The same condition is also valid for opposite situation. Temperature can be changed with
down and up arrows on LCD screen. (Photo 4)

Note: Above mentioned heating reference values are adjusted for PMSSteripack® standards
and optimum results are taken, so if you use PMSSteripack® products, you may obtain the
best results.

Cleaning of the Machine:

Only outside of the machine must be cleaned. Owing to body of the machine consists of
stainless chrome material, Acidic or solvent based ingredients should not used for the
cleaning of the device very definitely.

 4. CHAPTER
1. The surface where we can put the machine should not be wet, rough and inclined.
2. Machine should be used with ground control electrical wiring with 220V and 50Hz
values.
3. There mustn’t high humidity or temperature around the machine, environmentally.
4. Machine mustn’t be hit and/or removed during operation.
5. Do not touch the machine with wet hands especially during operation.
6. Do not touch the machine with plastic gloves otherwise it can be stick on the hot
surface and causes unpleasant accidents and injuries.
7. During emergency, do not pour water or similar liquids on the machine, first
electricity connection must be cut from electricity circuit.
8. If excessive heating noticed at the machine, (If explanations aren’t sufficient) do
not interfere the machine, turn off it and call the technical service.
9. Sealing operation shouldn’t be done for the products out of recommended. It must
be done for advised PMSSteripack®. quality Sterilization reels and pouches
10. Do not interfere in the machine with a knife or similar tools and do not scratch it.
11. After pouch filled, material mustn’t touch entrance of the Machine. Only the
sterilization package can contact the machine. Otherwise machine could be
seriously damaged. There must be about 3 cm empty space on top of the pouch
12. Suitable size of pouch must be chosen for the dimension of the material. Otherwise
it can be torn during or after sealing.
13. Keep the machine away from children and ignorant people.
14. All rights are reserved for upgrade or modification in legacy of PMSSteripack®

15. Technical service duration is valid maximum 2 years. Maintenance must be done
by the recommended Technical service only.
16. The person who operates the machine must read this guide carefully and he must
comply with the instructions.
17. Call technical service for any matter out of your knowledge.
18. The person who operates the machine to be said accepted to have read the user
guide and accepted whole warranty conditions.
19. Mobile phone, radiophone or similar high frequency instruments mustn’t be used
nearby the machine. Otherwise it can cause to heat undulations.
