CERTIFICATION

This is to certify that the RESOLUTION NO. 75 S. 2016 entitled “A Resolution

Interposing No Objection to the Application of RCC Global Entertainment Inc. to
establish and operate an Electronic Bingo (E-Bingo) in Batangas City Subject to all
Existing Laws, Rules and Regulations” passed and approved by the Committee on
Games and Amusement on March 7, 2016 was still in effect and there is no expiration
of the same. The coverage of operation cited in a resolution was also apt and applicable
to the vicinity and area of the Grand Terminal, Diversion Road, Alangilan, Batangas
City.
