GENERAL PROVISIONS

B. PERMITS AND LICENSES

E. INSURANCE
All contractors engaged by the LESSEE shall secure a CONTRACTOR’S ALL RISK INSURANCE
(CARI) from Anchor Insurance Brokerage Corp. based on project’s contract amount (VAT exclusive) and
25% of the project amount to cover damages of Petron Properties within the construction area.

Comprehensive General Liability Insurance (CGLI). Coverage for third party bodily injury and third party
property damage to third parties with a minimum coverage of P500,000.00 each.

Contractor shall submit to the Business Development Executive a copy of the insurance policies
together with the official receipts prior to start of construction. Otherwise, LESSOR will not allow construction
to commence.

F. MOVEMENTS/DELIVERY OF CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS,


SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT

STATION IS OPERATIONAL

Supplies and materials shall be delivered directly to LESSEE’s area. Except for bulky and heavy
equipment which require approval from Business Development Executive, no gate pass required.

However, deliveries from 9:00 PM onwards need work permit for delivery approved by Business
Development Executive.

G. CONSTRUCTION HOURS
a. Regular construction hours – 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
b. To expedite construction, extension can be requested by LESSEE in writing to Business Development
Executive accordingly. Secure Work Permit with Service Request Form, three days before
implementation of works.

Important: WORKERS MUST CONFINE THEMSELVES WITHIN THE LEASED PREMISES.
