Engineering discipline that deals with the planning, design, operation and management of
mining plants for the extraction and exploitation of minerals in surface and underground mines,
as well as with the technical and economic feasibility of mine sites and mining projects,
attenuating the environmental impact, and preventing and controlling risky situations.

3. What is professionalism about?

Professionalism is about conduct themselves correctly respecting the standards and ethical
principles of the profession, and projecting themselves as responsible citizens and professionals.

Also evaluate our decisions and actions from a moral perspective and assume responsibility for

Well. I think that I don’t achieved any of them. I’m not proud of that but it is the reality.
The many reasons are responsibility of a lot of people, even mine. From lack of
enthusiasm to some of the worst teachers that I met in my short life. I don’t feel that I
achieved anything since 2015. Currently, I start to know a little bit more about my career
and understand about how to do my work well.
