Subject: Invitation of applications for temporary appointment on the post of Faculty in IIIT, Bhopal.

Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT), Bhopal is a Premiere National Institute working under
mentorship of MANIT, Bhopal. Applications from eligible candidates are invited for selection to the under-
mentioned posts in IIIT, Bhopal for appointment on purely temporary basis:

(A) Faculty (Electronics and Communication Engineering)-Post-05 (UR: 03, OBC: 01, SC: 01) :
Essential Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering with first class or with
CGPA of 6.5 or above in 10 point scale and ME/M.Tech. in relevant discipline with first class or with CGPA of
6.5 or above in 10 point scale and Ph.D. submitted/ awarded in relevant discipline from reputed
University/Institution.

Desirable: Quality publications in SCI/SCIE/Scopus Index Journals.

Emoluments: Consolidated amount Rs. 70000/- PM having PhD and Rs. 60000/- for others.
Contract period: 10th July-20th Dec, 2019.

(B) Faculty (Computer Science and Engineering)-Post-04 (UR: 03, OBC: 01):
Essential Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering with first class or with CGPA of 6.5
or above in 10 point scale and ME/M.Tech. in relevant discipline with first class or with CGPA of 6.5 or above
in 10 point scale and Ph.D. submitted/ awarded in relevant discipline from reputed University/Institution.

Desirable: Quality publications in SCI/SCIE/Scopus Index Journals.

Emoluments: Consolidated amount Rs. 70000/- PM having PhD and Rs. 60000/- for others.

Notes:
1. Candidates must submit Scanned copy of filled up application form in enclosed Performa to email id
iiitbhopal@gmail.com along with enclosures latest by 15th June, 2019, with subject line as
“ Recruitment 2019”
2. Only short listed candidates shall be called for Interview. List of shortlisted candidates shall be
uploaded on Institute website www.iiitbhopal.co.in and www.manit.ac.in. No separate communication
shall be sent.
3. Candidates called for Interview must bring originals and one photo copy of all testimonials for verification at
the time of Interview.
4. Decision of the Selection Committee shall be final in the matter of selection.
5. No TA/DA will be allowed for attending the Interview.
6. Preference will be given to experience/Retired professors from the reputed Institutes.
