The Department of Education’s K to 12 program aims to produce students who are ready
to face the needed skills to respond to the growing demands in various career fields here
and abroad.

The subject – PERSONALITY DEVELOPMENT is the fundamental to the overall

growth as a person. It raises your awareness to who you are with the goal of improving
yourself. Its process aims to develop your skills, nurture your talents, discover more of
your potentials and lead you to the realization of your dreams. This subject covers a
multitude of activities that asks for your active engagement.

You do not only become intellectually prepared. More importantly, you become more
equipped to face career challenges, demands, and stress with personal skills that reflect
better attitude when looking at things, relating to people, and having resilience and
optimism in life.
