1 This is to announce to all concerned the issuance and utilization of the Addendum
and Erratum Registry Of Qualified Applicants Under DepEd Order No. 7,s. 2015 and the
Registry Of Qualified Applicants Under DepEd Order No. 22,s.20t5

2 This Registry is being issued to the field in compliance with DepEd Order No.
7,s.20t5, "Hiring Guidelines for Teacher I Positions Effective School Year (SY)
2015-2016 and DepEd Order No. 22,s.2At5, "Hiring Guidelines for the Remaining
Teaching Positions Effective School Year (SY) 2015-2016".

3. This Registry of Qualified Applicants shall be utilized a day after the posting in
three conspicuous places in the Division ffice and in DepEd Website
(http://deoedsorsoqon.com.ph) in filling up of Teacher I Items for School Year
2018-2019 in accordance with the provisions of the aforementioned DepEd Orders.

4 Elementary and Secondary School Heads are reminded that the Registry should
also be posted in their area ofjurisdication.

5. Wide dissemination of this memorandum is hereby enjoined.
