NBP Active Directory (Email) Self Service Portal Launch


IT Group is pleased to announce the launch of Active Directory self-service portal. Self Service portal will
allow user to reset NBP Windows domain/email password, Account Unlock and update user information
on their own without the assistance of ITG. With the help of this portal, user can manage their own NBP
Domain/email password. Additionally, users can also update his/her profile picture, which must be in JPG
format.

to make use of this facility.

With the implementation of AD Self Service Portal IT Group aims to minimize the user end related across
many task delays, lost productivity. AD Self Service Portal not only removes the burden from the help
desk, but also lets employees help themselves and get back to work without intermittent delays. This
increases user productivity and thus facilitates user a quicker access to AD / Email related support.
