Preparación
Sancochar el pollo con sal y pimienta en una olla por unos minutos y dejar
enfriar.
Agregar un poquito de aceite a la sartén o wok y saltear el pollo hasta que este
cocinado.
Luego en la sartén o wok con aceite caliente, agregar los huevos y batirlos,
luego retirar y reservar.
En la sartén con aceite caliente, freír el chancho asado y el pato asado durante
3 minutos. Luego reservar.

Preparation
Parboil the chicken with salt and pepper in a pot for a few minutes and let cool.

rice and sauté moving and undoing the rice balls that form. Incorporate the sillao,

Add chicken, duck, pork, prawns or shrimp, and tortilla chips. Mix and move well
for about two minutes.
Then add the Chinese onion and sesame oil. Mix well and serve.
