Display- Alarms
3 = 3 active &
acknowledged alarms
(2)= 2 unacknowledged
alarms (active or inactive)
13/04/13 21:47:16
• Read only
• Overwiev of process values: Temperature, Pressure, Density, Meter-Factor….
4
• Rate of change limit -Limit for the flow rate
rate of change alarm t/h
5 5
Always Forward
= x 3600
Always tonne
Display- Product
• Read only
• Water content > 1%* for more than 60s* = The 3 way valve diverts the flow to the “reject pipline”
• Water content <1%* for more then 60s* = The 3 way valve will change the direction to the stream
process line and flow measurement will start
Display - Batch
• Batch Status -> READ ONLY -> Information about current batch
• Product -> READ ONLY –> Shows the currently selected API
product and API table
Display - Batch
• Batch end command terminates the current batch on condition that Batch end allowed shows Yes. By
default, a batch end is not permitted if flow is present, or if no product has yet been delivered. Both
these conditions are adjustable via Home / Configuration / Run / Batching
• Batch ID is an adjustable text entry that the user may optionally enter to identify batches (for example,
a ship name). It may be entered at any time during the batch, and at the end of the batch it can be used
to identify logs.
Display - Batch
• Can be enabled, but this function is normally not used for such
kind of project setup.

Display - Batch
• Batch end command: May a batch be ended when the meter is active (flow present) or only if meter is not
active (no flow)?
• Batch end command: May a batch be ended if no flow for the current batch was detected?
• Batch start command: Disabled -> after a batch end, a new batch will be automatically
started. Best practice since there will be always an batch active
Enabled –> without giving the start command, no new batch will be started.
Risk that somebody will forget to start an new batch!
• All totals inactive after batch end: DO NOT ENABLE! If flow is passing the flowmeter without having an batch
active, no totalizer at all will count.
• Shift batch stack on batch end: Enables the bach stack function. (details are shown on slide 41)
• Station batch recalculation: Enables batch recalculation function. (details are shown on slide 42)

Current Settings according API recommendations:
• Totals and averages with different time slots are displayed (same like for the batch data)
Display - Reports
• Under “Reports” all reports are stored:
• Daily reports
• Daily event reports
• Daily alarm reports
• Batch reports
• Snapshot reports
• Recalculated Batch reports (if enabled)
• Always the last 100 reports are stored. First in, first out!
• 40 days of hourly logs, corresponding to 960 log entries. First in, first out!
• With the current setup, daily reports and batch reports are automatically printed. This can be
disabled if not required (not via webser!)
• Flow computer will perform normal & doing all its calculation
Display – IO
• Force IO: all analog and digital I/O`s can be forced on and offC
Display - Calibration
• 3 Point calibration:
• 4mA - 0%
• 12mA - 50%
• 20mA – 100%
Display - Communication
Prover
• Double chronometry:
Do not change! Must be always enabled

• Auto-implement new MF:
Home / Proving / Prover A settings: Determines whether or not a new meter factor is
implemented automatically at the end of a successful
prove sequence
