č side drips of D5LR 1L + 10 mg MgSO4 at 20 gtts/min and D5W 500cc + 2 amps
Hydralazine + 2 amps Clonidine at 10 mcgtts/min.
č Foley Catheter attached to urine bag draining to a yellowish urine.
4:00 PM Vital Signs taken and recorded. Revealed: T= 36.3 C, PR=76 beats/min, RR=24
breaths/min, BP=130/90 mmHg
On hourly BP monitoring
6:00 PM BP rechecked. BP=130/70. IV fluids maintained.
8:00 PM Afebrile. BP= 120/80 mmHg
Hourly urine output recorded, with scanty urine output throughout the shift
