Rules of engagement

Log work before going home. Use JIRA dashboard and reports (version workload and time tracking)
and suggest feedback for improvement. Don't cram. Manage time well.
Meet every friday, 10:00 AM for work updates. Meet every last thursday of the month, 10:00 AM to
update MyPAD. Inform early if not available to reschedule the meeting.
"Speak-up culture". Ask questions if something is not clear. Be transparent. Learn to say "No" and learn
to negotiate. Culture of accountability.
Reward hardwork and celebrate success. Group dinner to celebrate a successful release.
Update calendar. Inform each other if will be on leave. Be mindful of schedule of meetings and be
early. Respond to calendar invites.
Share resources and knowledge to the team and encourage each other. "Brown-bag sessions" (informal
meeting, training, or presentation that happens in the workplace typically happens around lunchtime).
Give "pasalubong" every trip.
Group chat for communication. Chat over email (except for those that needs formal docs).
Pair programming. Two heads are better than one. Sometimes, having someone to talk to will help you
solve problems easier. Test each other's work.
Fitness activities at least once a month
