The admin is required to enter username, password and correct captcha on the log in

page in order to secure the website. After the log in has been verified it will automatically

directed on the dashboard, where the admin can choose several functions.

First the admin has to add the Human Resource section, where he will add an Employee

Type or position and its description. Then the Employee with the following details: name,

position, phone number, email and picture.

After filling the Human Resource Section, the admin has to fill the Fleet Management

Section. Where he has to add a Fleet Type, Fleet Facilities and Vehicles. First the admin has to

add Facilities, where the admin sets the available facility for the passenger, Ex. Wifi on Board,

Tv on Board, etc. Add Fleet Type is the area where the admin sets the layout, total seats, seat

number and Fleet Facility of the vehicle. Add Vehicle is the area where the admin fills the

following details of the vehicle: registration number, fleet type, engine number, model number,

chasis number, driver, driver contact number, and brand name.

After filling the Fleet Management Section, the admin has to fill the Trip Management

Section. First the admin has to add a destination with description, google map url and picture.

After adding two or more destination, the admin can set the route with its starting point, ending

point, distance, and the approximate time. Then the admin has to add schedule with the time

start, end time and the duration. Next the admin has to create a trip by filling the following

details; fleet type, route and the schedule.

After filling all the previous sections, now the admin can assign the vehicle to trip. By

setting it’s trip, fleet registration number, date, driver name and assistant if available. Then lastly

the admin can close the trip when the vehicle reach it’s trip destination, by filling how many

tickets were sold, how much is the total income, total expense and fuel consumed.

The Trip Management Section is where the admin


The Ticket Management Section, is where the admin can monitor the booking list,

unpaid cash booking list, the passenger’s information, feedback and apply refund. The admin

can also set the How to use and Payment Terms and Conditions.

The Reports is the section where the admin can search, monitor and print the booking,

assign reports and the ticket sale reports.

The Website Section, is where the admin can manage the front-end page. Go to Front-

end will direct the user to the front-end page. The admin can change the Front-end’s properties

at the Web Setting, where admin can edit the Application Title, Slogan, Address. Email Address,

Contact Number, Fav Icon, Logo and Time zone. At the Setting the admin can also set the

Payment Information and About Section. The Email Configuration is the area where the admin

configures the mail used by the company. The Ticket Offers is the area where the admin can set

the the offers on the Frontend page.

The User Section is where the admin can add users with the following information:

firstname, lastname, email address, password, about, and image. The admin can also view, edit

and delete users at the user list.

The Role Permission is the Section where the admin sets the user can access. At the

Permission Setup, the admin can add, edit and delete a Permission Menu with the following

details: Menu Title, Page Url, Module and Parent Menu. The Add Role Section is where the

admin sets the Role Name, Description and the access of the role whether gain access that can

create, view, edit and delete by checking the corresponding box of each Menu. The Role List is

where you can view, edit and delete the Roles that has been set. The User Access Role is

where the admin sets the user’s accessibility by adding the user’s role.

The Language Section is where the Admin can set the language of the website.

The Data Backup is where the admin can download the backup sql file of the website.
The Application Setting Section, is where the admin can manage the back-end. By

setting the Application Title, Address, Email Address, Contact number, Logo, Language,

Application Alignment and the Footer text.
