Article 2. Flex Position. In addition to the above starting lineup in Article 1, teams are allowed
to start a Flex player, who can be a RB, WR or a TE. The Flex player cannot be a QB, DST, or a
K.
Article 3. Decimal Scoring. The CFFL uses decimal scoring. Thus, if a player runs for 99 yards,
you will get 9.9 points. If a receiver has 99 receiving yards, you get 9.9 points.
Article 4. Trades and Transactions. Teams may trade players during the season subject to an
approval vote of the league. Once two teams agree to a trade proposal, the league gets 2 days
to review and vote on the trade. The trade will be approved automatically after those 2 days
pass unless 6 team owners (60% of the league) vote to reject the trade. The trade will be
approved prior to the passing of the 2-day deadline if 6 team owners (60% of the league) vote
to approve the trade. The only bases for voting to reject a trade deal is if you think the two
teams are colluding and/or the trade is suspiciously unbalanced in that it heavily favors one
team.
The trading deadline is the Wednesday after the conclusion of Week 7 at 11 pm.
Teams may trade draft picks during the off season so long as the Commissioner is notified of
the trade. Teams may not trade players during the off season, but they may add and drop
players in the waiver wire. Teams are not allowed to pick up new rookie players drafted in the
NFL draft in April of the off-season prior to our fantasy draft. ESPN technically allows you to do
this, but the Commissioner will void any such transaction, and at his discretion, level a
punishment if this rule is violated. Keeper players may be traded, but only during the season
prior to the trading deadline. For more on Keepers, since Article 5.
Article 5. Keepers. Each team is allowed to keep 2 players from season to season, but there is
a three year limit on keeping any one player. The three years are calculated as follows: 1st
season is the season you acquired the player, whether by draft or through waivers or trade.
Then you decide to keep that player for a 2nd season. You then are allowed to keep that same
player for one more season, which would be the third year you have owned that player.
Trading of Keepers during the season is permitted. Such trades are subject to the standard
trading procedure. The Keeper deadline is July 1, 2019 at 4 pm. You must select your two
keepers for the 2019 season by that date. If you miss that deadline, ESPN clears your roster
from the prior season and you will no longer by able to keep any players. The Commissioner
will not help you if you miss that deadline.
Below you will find a chart for the players that cannot be kept in the 2019 season. The players
that cannot be kept are highlighted in red for each team.

Article 6. League Fees. Annual Season Fee: $100.00, to be collected by the Commissioner on
Draft Day. Half of the Money collected will go to the children of the late Daniel Williams, our
former teammate.
Article 7. League Prizes. Prize Money: Champion: $300; Runnerup: $100; Third Place team:
$50; Fourth Place team: $25.00; Winner of Consolation Bracket: $25.00
Article 9. Tiebreakers. There is no tiebreaker for games. If the scores of two teams in a game is
the same, the game ends in a tie. For standings and playoff seeding purposes, if two or more
teams are tied with the same record, then the first tiebreaker is Head-to-Head Record (if three
or more teams are tied with the same record, then the first tiebreaker is the teams' common
record against each other). Further tiebreakers are Total Points For, Intra Division Record (if
your league has multiple divisions), and Total Points Against (in that order).
