Horten is trying to confuse you and win you over by disclosing selective facts. Joseph
Farrell is also an agent of the Black Nobility and Banking Cartel. All of humanity,
working together, is going to sort things out.

Dear Karen,

I am writing to let you know that after 2 years of intensive work, I assembled an affidavit
template for victims of government targeting to use to prepare their court cases to stop the
global targeting programs that are destroying countless lives around the world, especially in
countries of the Five Eyes Intel syndicate. At the end of 2018, I launched a global victim
survey and the first results are now in. They are in the form of court-actionable affidavits.

I sent a press release informing Western media outlets of the first results of the survey which
prove that targeting is a life-long program and that housebreaking, Directed Energy
Weapon assaults and many other horrific offences are a "Standard Operating Procedure" of
our Secret Services around the world.

This is important in as far as targeted individuals have been smeared as mad for decades
whereas these are detailed court-actionable affidavits provided under oath with witnessed
signatures and with photo-ID (to try weed out the Intel fakes who would be making
themselves liable to perjury).

This is the first time that a large international concerted effort has been attempted to shut
down the targeting program. Despite the known corruption of the courts, they are the only
place where victims have left to go as police refuse to investigate brutal assaults despite for
example entire families being burnt in their homes. Meanwhile, all parliaments, press and
human rights charities around the world are colluding to cover-up and continue the silent
genocide being conducted with Directed Energy Weapons.

An investigator called Ryan Zimmerman also found published genocide plans for all
countries on a private intelligence agency's website at Deagel.com. For example the
genocide plans for the US says that 227 million people are to be murdered in the US over
the coming 6 years, see the population numbers for 2017 and "Forecast 2025" here:

I am horrified about these plans by the global banking crime cartel. I continue being
assaulted day and night with Directed Energy Weapons and several of my family members
have already been assaulted near-lethally. This is why I am working flat out on court cases
as they are the only place victims can present the offences committed against them in a
civilised manner. It's also the only thing I can do after police in 3 European countries refused
to assist.

If you think that these results from the survey are worth spreading, I invite you to do so to
let victims know that people are doing their best to prosecute these crimes. So far, I had a
very positive response from victims. I should also say that these 15 affidavits are only the
first. The affidavit is very detailed and long and it takes time to fill it out. Many other victims
have already agreed enthusiastically to fill one out. So I should have even firmer results
soon.

On a different note, I heard that the Vatican is to be removed from their seat at the UN,
which apparently they had assumed uninvited a long time ago without satisfying the
qualifying conditions. I consider this to be a positive development, along with a Common
Law tribunal finding the Vatican and the Catholic Church to be a Transnational Criminal
Organisation due to their involvement in global genocide and child trafficking. I would be
curious to know your opinion on these developments and if you consider these to be
stepping-stones on the way to the global currency reset using the Vatican's stolen loot now
safely confined in the Global Debt Facility. After all, once an organisation has been found to
be a Transnational Criminal Organisation, it forfeits all rights to its property. This would
open the way to break up the Vatican Bank, which is a back bone of the hidden part of the
Network of Global Corporate Control.

Finally, I would like to ask you if you would be interested in giving an interview about the
Global Debt Facility on my channel. I have interviewed people like Catherine Austin Fitts on
the missing trillions stolen from the US Treasury and Joseph Farrell on the Nazi's take-over
after WW2. I am very keen on bringing the existence of the Global Debt Facility to the
attention of my viewers, as I believe that the currency reset is instrumental in shutting down
the targeting programs. I keep referring my viewers to your channel but an interview still
brings the issues right in front of their noses.
