General Hotel Policy

According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The
identification proofs accepted are Drivers License, Voters Card, Passport, Ration Card. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to
check in. Note- PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel. The standard check-in time is 2PM local time
and the standard check-out time is 12PM local time. After booking you will be sent an email confirmation with hotel phone number. You can
contact the hotel directly for early check-in or late check-out.
The amount paid for the room does not include chargesfor optional services and facilities (such as room service, mini bar, snacks or
telephone calls). These will be charged at the time of check-out.
The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a 'couple' if suitable proof of identification is not
presented at check-in. MakeMyTrip will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.

If the guest doesn't check-in at the hotel due to a mismatch between amenities and inclusions mentioned on the MakeMyTrip website and
those at the hotel, he/she must notify the claim within 24 hours of the check-in date. In this case, the guest shall be entitled to double the
money back, subject to MakeMyTrip validating their claim.
In case the guest has stayedin the hotel for the entire period of booking, he/she must notify the claim within 24 hours of check-out. In this
case, the guest shall be entitled to vouchers of double the amount paid, subject to MakeMyTrip validating their claim in the form of vouchers.
MakeMyTrip shall, within 7 days from the date of claim, investigate the matter and communicate to the customer about the validity of the
claim. If the claim is valid, customer shall be entitled for refund (if the customer has not checked-in) or voucher (if the customer has checked-
in) of double the amount, which was paid by the customer for the booking within 3 weeks from the date of communication about the validity
of the claim by MakeMyTrip.
The voucher shall be redeemable against online booking of domestic and international flights, domestic hotels, holidays, cars, and bus booked
from MakeMyTrip within 6 months from the date of the original hotel booking. The voucher is valid only for a one time use with no
minimum redemption value.
Please note-The hotel is charging a mandatory gala dinner surcharge on 25th Dec and 31st Dec. This amount is payable directly at the hotel at
the time of check in. Visitors are not permitted to go in Guest Rooms. Swimming pool will not be functional till 10th June 2017Following
recent government notifications, we are required to offeraccommodation to our guests only against a valid photo ID issued bygovernment of
India with an exception of your PAN card, such as a valid Passport / Driving License / Voter ID / Aadhar card.Rights of admission into the
swimming pool are reserved.Proper swim wear is compulsory for using the pool facility. Any beachwear is not swim wear hence guests are
requested to make theirarrangements for proper swim wear either before arrival or after checkingin to the property.For Hygiene reasons, all
persons are required to take a shower beforeentering the pool, which is located at the pool side shower area.Guests swim at their own risk and
the hotel will not beresponsible for anyinjuries resulting out of negligence.Children up to the age of 4 yrs are allowed only if wearing
swimming costumes ordiapers.Please note we do not sell or rent any swimming costumes or diapers.Visitors coming to meet our In-house
guest are not permitted in the hotel roomor premises they can meet them in the Lobby only.Pets are not-allowed in the property.Outside food
or beverage of any kind will not be permitted into the hotelpremises or rooms. A corkage fee of Rs 500 per itemwill be charged forbringing
your own food/drinks into the resort.Resort is not responsible for any losses, damages, or theft during your stay. Weprovide electronic safety
lockers in all the rooms. Guests are requested to keep alltheir valuables in these lockers.Guests shall be liable for any damage to the Hotel
/Room assets. In case of anydamage caused to the hotel/room, the Management is entitled to claim therecovery charges from the guest.Guest
shall keep the Hotel room in a good condition andmaintain hygiene andcleanliness.For swift checkin we request you to kindly email us your
