Please be informed that we will not be able to operate our lotto outlet, our two lotto
operators resigned and appears to be no longer coming back despite my plea for them to
return.

In this connection , it is with great sadness to inform you that I have to suspend operation
until their replacements have taken the seminar and our qualified.

Please schedule a seminar for: Rosemarie Ann C. Basbano and Marivic O. Cain, so that
they can be my new lotto operators.
