TITLE: ZINC-COATED (GALVANIZED) OR ZINC-IRON ALLOY-COATED
(GALVANNEALED) BY THE HOT-DIP PROCESS.
QUALITY: Structural SS33 / Commercial CS Type B.
SURFACE FINISH: Regular Span
COATING DESIGNATION: G-60 (180 gr/m2) or G-90 (275 gr/m2)
REMARKS: The materials provided have to comply with this standard requirement or equivalent.

APPEARANCE: The coil shall be coated with oil. The coil shall not have any defect such as holes,
lamination, holes, spots, marks, oxidation or blows.

PACKING

STANDARD REQUIREMENT: ASTM A 700-90 (NTC 2674)

TITLE: Standard practices for packing, marking and loading methods for steel products for
domestic shipping.
METHODS: 1. Suitably packed individual sheet coil with eye of the coil horizontal, or
2. Suitably packed individual coil on cradle platform with the eye of the coil horizontal.
MIN COIL WEIGHT: 4000 kg
MAX COIL WEIGHT: 13000 kg

MARKING: At least, every coil shall have the followings marks by appropriate means:
manufacturer’s name, material standard specification, net weight and gross weight per coil, order
number and identification number from the supplier for each coil. This information shall be formally
marked in every coil.

FINAL REMARKS: Every shipment shall come with the quality certificate, and be properly
identified with at least the following information: material standard, purchase order number and the
results from chemical composition and mechanical properties, test per coil.
