My greatest weakness as a leader, is my lack of Throughout this semester, I have seen little
attention. I get distracted with any little thing and I improvement in the weakness I had
have always been like that. The worst is when I am mentioned before which was my constant
on my phone and just completely miss everything lack of attention and always getting
that took place. I am trying hard to get out of this distracted on my phone. I have noticed the
