Parking Space Rental Agreement/Contract

The tenant hereby offers to lease from the landlord the premises as described herein on the

terms and subject to the conditions as set out in this agreement.

1. Rent: The tenant will pay to the said Landlord monthly and every month during the said term of the

during the length of the lease. The said amount will be deposit to the landlord bank account.

2. Length of Lease: The lease shall be for a term of ___________________starting on the ___ day of

The landlord assumes no responsibility for any damage to person or property arising out of this rental.
The tenant agrees to abide by all by-laws of the and will follow any notices given by the landlord in regards
to the parking space.

4. Termination: Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing ______ _ written notice to the
other party. Any such notice shall be directed to a party at the party’s address as listed in this Agreement.
On termination of this agreement any refund owed of advance payment, deposits must be completed
within 14 days. Any unpaid rental amounts must be paid within 7 days.
