Thinning/Cleaning : DAVIES 5-70 Liquid Tile Reducer.

Specification Painting System

Concrete Surfaces

Plain Finish
1 Apply one coat of DAVIES 5-530 Liquid Tile Penetrating Sealer by brush,
spray or roller and let dry for 2 hours.
2 When necessary, putty surface imperfections, hairline cracks with
DAVIES
5-1000 Liquid Tile Putty Filler or DAVIES 5-900 Liquid Tile Cast using
putty knife. Let dry for 4 hours and sand.
3 Apply one coat of DAVIES 5-700 Liquid Tile Undercoat Primer by
brush, spray or roller and let dry.
4 Finish with two coats of DAVIES Liquid Tile Topcoat. Allow 2 hours
in between coats.

Textured Finish
1 Apply one coat of DAVIES 5-530 Liquid Tile Penetrating Sealer by
brush, spray or roller and let dry for 2 hours.
2 Apply one coat of DAVIES 5-900 Liquid Tile Cast using mortar gun. Let
dry for 10-15 minutes, then flatten with a plain roller (optional). Let dry
for one hour and more.
3 Apply one coat of DAVIES 5-700 Liquid Tile Undercoat Primer by
brush, spray or roller and let dry for 2 hours
4 Finish with two coats of DAVIES Liquid Tile Topcoat. Allow 2 hours
in between coats.

Wood Surfaces

1 Apply one coat of DAVIES 5-700 Liquid Tile Undercoat Primer by brush,
roller or spray and let it dry for 2 hours.
2 Finish with two coats of DAVIES Liquid Tile Topcoat. Allow 2 hours in
between coats.

Steel Surfaces

1 Apply one coat of DAVIES Epoxy Primer by brush, roller or spray. Painting
interval at 5-24 hours.
2 Finish with two coats of DAVIES Liquid Tile Topcoat. Allow 2 hours in
between coats.
