The District Attorney of the County of Tulare, by this Information alleges that:

COUNT 1

On or about September 27, 2017, in the County of Tulare, the crime of UNLAWFUL SEXUAL
INTERCOURSE, in violation of PENAL CODE SECTION 261.5(d), a FELONY, was committed by CORAL
ANNETTE LYTLE, being over the age of 21 years, did engage in an act of unlawful sexual intercourse with
E.G, a minor under the age of 16 years.

“NOTICE: Pursuant to Penal Code Section 11166 and 11168, a Suspected Child Abuse Report (SCAR)
may have been generated in this case. Penal Code Section 11167 and 11167.5 limit access to a SCAR. A
protective order issued by a court is necessary to obtain a copy of the report.”

COUNT 2

On or about September 29, 2017, in the County of Tulare, the crime of UNLAWFUL SEXUAL
INTERCOURSE, in violation of PENAL CODE SECTION 261.5(d), a FELONY, was committed by CORAL
ANNETTE LYTLE, being over the age of 21 years, did engage in an act of unlawful sexual intercourse with
E.G, a minor under the age of 16 years.

“NOTICE: Pursuant to Penal Code Section 11166 and 11168, a Suspected Child Abuse Report (SCAR)
may have been generated in this case. Penal Code Section 11167 and 11167.5 limit access to a SCAR. A

COUNT 3

On or about October 5, 2017, in the County of Tulare, the crime of UNLAWFUL SEXUAL
INTERCOURSE, in violation of PENAL CODE SECTION 261.5(d), a FELONY, was committed by CORAL
ANNETTE LYTLE, being over the age of 21 years, did engage in an act of unlawful sexual intercourse with
E.G, a minor under the age of 16 years.

On or about October 4, 2017, in the County of Tulare, the crime of UNLAWFUL SEXUAL
INTERCOURSE, in violation of PENAL CODE SECTION 261.5(d), a FELONY, was committed by CORAL
ANNETTE LYTLE, being over the age of 21 years, did engage in an act of unlawful sexual intercourse with M.
W, a minor under the age of 16 years.

COUNT 5

On or about September 27, 2017, in the County of Tulare, the crime of MEETING MINOR FOR LEWD
PURPOSES, in violation of PENAL CODE SECTION 288.4(b), a FELONY, was committed by CORAL
ANNETTE LYTLE, who did unlawfully and motivated by an unnatural and abnormal sexual interest in
children, arrange a meeting with E. G, a minor and a person DEFENDANT believed to be a minor, for the
purpose of exposing the genitals and pubic and rectal area of E. G and DEFENDANT, and to engage in lewd
and lascivious behavior, and did go to the arranged meeting place at and about the arranged time.
"NOTICE: Conviction of this offense will require you to register pursuant to Penal Code section 290. Willful
failure to register is a crime."

COUNT 6

On or about September 29, 2017, in the County of Tulare, the crime of MEETING MINOR FOR LEWD
PURPOSES, in violation of PENAL CODE SECTION 288.4(b), a FELONY, was committed by CORAL
ANNETTE LYTLE, who did unlawfully and motivated by an unnatural and abnormal sexual interest in
children, arrange a meeting with E. G, a minor and a person DEFENDANT believed to be a minor, for the
purpose of exposing the genitals and pubic and rectal area of E. G and DEFENDANT, and to engage in lewd
and lascivious behavior, and did go to the arranged meeting place at and about the arranged time.

COUNT 8

On or about October 4, 2017, in the County of Tulare, the crime of MEETING MINOR FOR LEWD

ANNETTE LYTLE, who did unlawfully and motivated by an unnatural and abnormal sexual interest in
children, arrange a meeting with M. W, a minor and a person DEFENDANT believed to be a minor, for the
purpose of exposing the genitals and pubic and rectal area of M. W and DEFENDANT, and to engage in lewd
and lascivious behavior, and did go to the arranged meeting place at and about the arranged time.

COUNT 9

On or about September 27, 2017, in the County of Tulare, the crime of CONTACT WITH MINOR FOR
SEXUAL OFFENSE, in violation of PENAL CODE 288.3(a), a FELONY, was committed by CORAL
ANNETTE LYTLE, who did unlawfully contact and communicate with a minor E. G, knowing that E. G was a
minor, with the intent to commit an offense specified in Penal Code Section 207, 209, 261, 264.1, 273a, 286,
288, 288a, 288.2, 289, 311.1, 311.2, 311.4, and 311.11 involving .

"NOTICE: Conviction of this offense will require you to register pursuant to Penal Code section 290. Willful
failure to register is a crime."

 COUNT 10

On or about September 29, 2017, in the County of Tulare, the crime of CONTACT WITH MINOR FOR
SEXUAL OFFENSE, in violation of PENAL CODE 288.3(a), a FELONY, was committed by CORAL
ANNETTE LYTLE, who did unlawfully contact and communicate with a minor E. G, knowing that E. G was a
minor, with the intent to commit an offense specified in Penal Code Section 207, 209, 261, 264.1, 273a, 286,
288, 288a, 288.2, 289, 311.1, 311.2, 311.4, and 311.11 involving .

"NOTICE: Conviction of this offense will require you to register pursuant to Penal Code section 290. Willful
failure to register is a crime."

COUNT 11

On or about October 3, 2017, in the County of Tulare, the crime of CONTACT WITH MINOR FOR SEXUAL
OFFENSE, in violation of PENAL CODE 288.3(a), a FELONY, was committed by CORAL ANNETTE
LYTLE, who did unlawfully contact and communicate with a minor M. W, knowing that M. W was a minor,
with the intent to commit an offense specified in Penal Code Section 207, 209, 261, 264.1, 273a, 286, 288,
288a, 288.2, 289, 311.1, 311.2, 311.4, and 311.11 involving .

"NOTICE: Conviction of this offense will require you to register pursuant to Penal Code section 290. Willful
failure to register is a crime."

COUNT 12

On or about October 4, 2017, in the County of Tulare, the crime of CONTACT WITH MINOR FOR SEXUAL
OFFENSE, in violation of PENAL CODE 288.3(a), a FELONY, was committed by CORAL ANNETTE
LYTLE, who did unlawfully contact and communicate with a minor M. W, knowing that M. W was a minor,
with the intent to commit an offense specified in Penal Code Section 207, 209, 261, 264.1, 273a, 286, 288,
288a, 288.2, 289, 311.1, 311.2, 311.4, and 311.11 involving .

"NOTICE: Conviction of this offense will require you to register pursuant to Penal Code section 290. Willful

 COUNT 13

On or about September 27, 2017, in the County of Tulare, the crime of LEWD ACT UPON A CHILD,
in violation of PENAL CODE SECTION 288(c)(1), a FELONY, was committed by CORAL ANNETTE
LYTLE, who did willfully, unlawfully and lewdly commit a lewd and lascivious act upon and with the body of
E. G, who was 15 years old, with the intent of arousing, appealing to, and gratifying the lust, passions, and
sexual desires of the DEFENDANT, who was at least 10 years older than E. G, to wit, ORAL COPULATION
ON DEFENDANT.

“NOTICE: Conviction of this offense will require you to register pursuant to Penal Code Section 290.
Willful failure to register is a crime.”

“NOTICE: Pursuant to Penal Code section 11166 and 11168, a Suspected Child Abuse Report (SCAR)

On or about September 27, 2017, in the County of Tulare, the crime of LEWD ACT UPON A CHILD,
in violation of PENAL CODE SECTION 288(c)(1), a FELONY, was committed by CORAL ANNETTE
LYTLE, who did willfully, unlawfully and lewdly commit a lewd and lascivious act upon and with the body of
E. G, who was 15 years old, with the intent of arousing, appealing to, and gratifying the lust, passions, and
sexual desires of the DEFENDANT, who was at least 10 years older than E. G, to wit, ORAL COPULATION
ON E. G.

LYTLE, who did willfully, unlawfully and lewdly commit a lewd and lascivious act upon and with the body of
E. G, who was 15 years old, with the intent of arousing, appealing to, and gratifying the lust, passions, and
sexual desires of the DEFENDANT, who was at least 10 years older than E. G, to wit, SEXUAL
INTERCOURSE.

LYTLE, who did willfully, unlawfully and lewdly commit a lewd and lascivious act upon and with the body of
E. G, who was 15 years old, with the intent of arousing, appealing to, and gratifying the lust, passions, and
sexual desires of the DEFENDANT, who was at least 10 years older than E. G, to wit, SEXUAL
INTERCOURSE.

who was 15 years old, with the intent of arousing, appealing to, and gratifying the lust, passions, and sexual
desires of the DEFENDANT, who was at least 10 years older than E. G, to wit, SEXUAL INTERCOURSE.

who did willfully, unlawfully and lewdly commit a lewd and lascivious act upon and with the body of M. W,
who was 14 years old, with the intent of arousing, appealing to, and gratifying the lust, passions, and sexual
desires of the DEFENDANT, who was at least 10 years older than M. W, to wit, ORAL COPULATION ON
D.W.

who was 14 years old, with the intent of arousing, appealing to, and gratifying the lust, passions, and sexual
desires of the DEFENDANT, who was at least 10 years older than M. W, to wit, ORAL COPULATION ON
M.W.

desires of the DEFENDANT, who was at least 10 years older than M. W, to wit, SEXUAL INTERCOURSE.
