I would like to apply for the position advertised at Gulf Daily News of Human Resources
Assistant Manager for the graduate training programme.
I heard and read about your unique company and its magnificent contribution since years to
flourish the Bahraini society and economy. I believe that my knowledge and skills would be
valuable assets to support the achievement of company goals and success.
As you can see from my CV, I have been supporting IKEA Bahrain HR department in
“Compensation and benefits” project. As I have conducted interviews to research about
companies’ benefits, presented research outcomes and designed survey to understand staff
needs. This project required strong communication, teamwork, technology and innovation skills
to participate in it. My HR degree assignments have developed my understanding of HR-theories
and have strengthened my critical-thinking to analyze and resolve companies and employees
problems logically. For instance, resolving employees’ disciplinary issues. Besides, I have gained
an ICDL certificate in computer and online essentials and I have also participated with Bahrain
Polytechnic Voluntary Club in social events as advertisements’ photographer.
Since your company encourages talents, I believe that my values and personal qualities fit
perfectly with Bapco’s mission and objectives. I am a results-driven and proactive with a passion
for learning and I look for opportunities to expand my degree knowledge and expertise in a
world-class training and development environment. Also, my hard working, inner-motivation
and punctuality traits will contribute in supporting the HR department success.
Thank you for taking time to review my application. I look forward for an interview to discuss
my CV in further details and to give my best potential for Bapco’s excellence.
Yours faithfully,
Noor Rajab
