ABSTRACT
Grape seed is known for its antioxidative and anti-inflammatory properties. This paper discuss its benefits on human, such as reducing blood
pressure and plasma lipid level, therefore reducing atherosclerosis risk and subsequently prevent cardiovascular diseases.

Keywords: Blood pressure, grape seed, hypertension, plant-derived therapeutics, plasma lipid
