Performed site impact and feasibility studies, reviewed preliminary layouts, and approved the finalized
engineering design for major projects. Studied and assessed drawings, plans, and specifications for

 Oversaw the construction of a 23,000 square meter raft for a multistory parking complex, including

 Managed 48 heritage hollow core slab podium planted buildings structure and two parking level
finishing. Oversaw 5 heritage bearing walls for Souq Buildings and a combined firefighting water tank
using 180 cubic meters of concrete.
 Spearheaded inspections and audits for Dubai Municipality and DCCA.
 Improved manpower productivity by 25% in all trades such as steel fixers , masons , carpenters, and
helpers by implementing daily, weekly and monthly TQR reports.
 Successfully led the handover process and the DE snagging team.
