CuES FRAMEWORK

Customer Employee Shareholder

VISION

CuES Model is a framework mimicking the building blocks of nature.

We believe if the model is diligently followed, will bring success to all

aspiring entrepreneurs in establishing startups and transforming them into
living companies.

CuES Model

Carbon Tetrahedron
structure
CONCEPT

The CuES model is based on a well proven theory.

The pyramid tetrahedron is the strongest structure known.

This concept is used in the following:

• Fluid Dynamics
• Naval Architecture
• Aviation
• Mobile Technology & more…

THE STRUCTURE

• The carbon tetrahedron is represented by 5 atoms and 4 faces.

• The Hydrogen atom is the most basic element in the periodic table,
meaning it forms the DNA of the science of chemistry. The central Carbon
Carbon Tetrahedron atom is the driving force for the tetrahedron
structure
IMPLEMENTATION

Similar to the pyramid tetrahedron :

1. 3 of the 4 Hydrogen atoms are replaced with

• Customer
• Employee
• Shareholder

They form the DNA of an organization similar to Hydrogen atom that is the
most basic element in the periodic table.

2. At any given point of time, only three Hydrogen atoms are bonded
together to form a face, hence the left over Hydrogen is assumed to be the
outcome in our model which represents “Success”.

3. The central Carbon atom represents “Effort” which forms the driving
force of an organization similar to carbon in the tetrahedron structure.

CuEs Model 4. Four Faces represent:

• Value System
• Market
• Brand
• Society
IMPLEMENTATION
VALUE SYSTEM OF THE ORGANZATION

Success
• The 3 corners on the base of pyramid is shown by Customer,
Employee, Shareholder - representing the Value System of the
company.

• The top vertex “Success” is defined by the company

Effort
• Different combinations of Customer, Employee, and Shareholder
Shareholder Employee will show the corresponding relevant faces of the pyramid.

SPHERE OF INFLUENCE
The most influential component in our model is the EFFORT. Hence EFFORT is the Sphere of influence.

This sphere of influence is driven by identified action items. These items are tasks that are performed/undertaken by that
particular driving member.

There are FOUR action items that have been selected for each case which constitute the respective Sphere of influence.

EFFORT is:

• Employees’ sphere of influence

• Customers’ sphere of influence
• Shareholders’ sphere of influence
