I appreciate you taking time to voice out your concern and write to us. I also would
like to apologize for the inconvenience.
However, do please understand that the milk we produce and deliver is always fresh
and of the utmost best quality. With the shelf life in mind, I do make sure that they are
delivered as soon as possible to maintain it’s quality. You may also take note of the label
on the bottle which states that the milk must be consumed 7-10 days after opening.
Nevertheless, I do give my thanks to you for your feedback.
