This chapter focuses on discussing matters related to a teacher, the
seven points contain guidance for a teacher to be a good teacher. The
language used in this chapter is very easy for the reader to understand
because it uses a common language, understanding this chapter only
focuses on what we read and this chapter does not relate too much to the
previous chapter. But there are some weakness in this chapter such as not
included discussions about what teaching is, teachers as teaching aids and
discussions about native speaker teachers and non-active speakers.
Meanwhile, one chapter of another book entitled the practice of English
language teaching is explained completely about the explanation of what is
teaching, the teacher as a teaching aid and native speaker teacher and non-
active speaker in Chapter 6. the title of this chapter is describing teacher
and has 14 pages. Meanwhile, the chapters in how to teach have several
strengths, such as the explanations used in the contents of the 7 points
based on the survey the author obtained. this chapter can make the reader
interested in reading to the end of the point because words and sentences
are quite simple and the explanation is not long-winded, so the reader can
