This is with reference to the meeting held today in structural engineering division with the

project architect regarding the captioned project, it is noted that the whole exterior layout of the
stadium has been changed and following decisions have been communicated to us by the
architect during the meeting:

1. The whole outer verandah jacket around the stadium is not to be constructed.
2. The front podiums outside the existing pavilion building also not to be constructed, only
entrance raised floor to be constructed which will require new architectural drawings.
