First off Michelle, thank you for
responding and voicing your opinions
in the world famous BS Buzz. You
make some good observations.
I think you know better
than to think the unemployment rate i s
just 3% even though that figure supports what President
Trump has done so far. Thanks for that.
When a person goes on unemployment the
government sends that person a check. If employment
finds that person the checks stop and the government
assumes, sometimes incorrectly. that that person’s name
can be removed from the unemployment rolls.
If the 144 week limit is reached and the person
still hasn’t found work the checks stop coming and the
government assumes, again incorrectly, that that person
has found work and removes his name from the ranks of
the unemployed. (I use the 144 weeks out of ignorance
of how many weeks a person can draw unemployment.
Correct me if you must!) I think the actual nation-wide
unemployment figure is 8% to 10%.
Next, Michelle, I have never said EVERY
immigrant is disease-ridden, indigent or is a criminal.
I have said every person who enters the US illegally is a
criminal. I will stand behind my statement that as many
as 80% or so of the legal immigrants using “asylum” as
an entry excuse and without any means of support will
immediately apply for the “entitlements” they are not
entitled to receive.
As for disease-ridden....the United States wiped
out small pox back in the day. No cases were reported
for the longest time....until an immigrant who had the
disease was admitted to the United States after a cursory
medical exam. There have been a few thousand cases
reported since.
Medical records prove that the AIDS epidemic
could probably not have been caused by the first person
known to have entered the US with the virus, Gaetan
Dugas, a gay flight attendant who had contracted the
disease while in Africa. That was 1969 or so. By 2002
501,669 people had died in the United States from the
deadly disease known to strike gays.
Need I mention Typhoid Mary? One person,
thousands of deaths.
You mention the need for bipartisanship in creating
an intelligent discussion on immigration REFORM. The
Republicans tried, the Democrats walked out on the
discussions. Bipartisanship is not a word found in the
Democrat dictionary. They are more obsessed with the
word impeach!
In closing Michelle, have you ever sat in your ivory
tower and pondered just what, exactly, triggered this
never seen before mass migration of Central Americans
and Central Africans trying for asylum in the United
States?
One name comes to mind....George Soros along
with other monied Democrat/Socialists too numerous
to mention who are toying with the United States like a
cat toys with a moose! They know that every immigrant,
legal and illegal will cast their vote in the direction of
the party that promises to give them the most stuff.
That is the only way the Democrats will whup
Trump in 2020. That and their attempt to get rid of the
electoral college. They can’t win honestly so they resort
to deception, deceit and dishonesty.
But I digress.
Michelle, again, thanks for sending your letter and
thanks for voicing your opinions, misguided that they
are, at least you’re taking an interest in your country.
I suppose now in light of this rebuttal that you won’t
allow any more e-mails from homecorral? So sorry.
