A. BUSINESS CONCEPT AND BUSINESS MODEL

Havince Herbal Design Formulais a start-up business focusing in traditional

herbal products generated by the founder of the company, Vincent Ralph E.
Segura.These products include Sambong therapy packs, Herbal Soaps, Moringa
Liniment Oil, Kataka-taka tooth reliever, Karabo eye packs, Herbal moisturizers and
bath powder. Every Havince Herbal Design Formula products are made from different
herbs that are either grown in the lawn or congregated in the local fields or wooded
areas when they are at their season of maturity and the supply of the herbal plants is
abundant.

Through the years, many factors have been unleashed in the earth that could
trigger the wellness of the people. Some might get sickness or distressing pain, aging or
even get stress from work. People experience this would definitely wanted to purchase
immediate aid for this suffering. Over the past ten years, the popularity of herbal
products has grown with the consumers and clients. Last year, it was estimated that
Herbal products industry surpassed $4.3 billion dollar in sales. Before, a customer will
be force to go to a specialized herbal shop to purchase products, now Havince Herbal
Design Formula will extend their market distribution to provide availability of the same
products at the local supermarket. The demand of consumers bought a cottage industry

 Kataka-taka tooth reliever for severe pain in the tooth and gum.
