1. ZPLAN

General Information: User can upload demand for multiple material , and release demand for MRP at
different level of approval stage by this T-code.

A) UPLOAD DEMAND

Procedure:

T-Code ZPLAN

This T-code used for, upload of demand as well as release of demand.

1. Prepare demand to be uploaded in excel format as below.

3. On selection criteria Select checkbox Create Requirement

Requirement Plan - (Key which can be given to create and to identify one or more planned independent
Eg IMPCO@02)
Planning Horizon date – Enter Planning horizon from- to date,
System will update demand sequentially from excel sheet to system as per planning
horizon date
Version - Enter Version ( Eg 00 ,ZA,ZB)
File name - Select file from upload file.
4. Execute

Result

Demand will uploaded against Requirement Plan no.

B) DISPLAY UPLOADED DEMAND

1. MD79 (DISPLAY DEMAND)

1. To display uploaded demand by user execute T-code MD79

2. Enter Requirement Plan no, Uploaded by user.

4. Report will exported in below excel format.

1. To display uploaded demand plant wise execute T-code MD63

2. Enter Requirement Plan no Uploaded by user.
3. Enter Plant
Select check box (All active / Inactive version )

PREREQUISTE

1. Maintain User ID demand approval matrix

In Z-table ZDEM_APPROVAL

(Note : IMPCO will provide USER ID APPROVAL MATRIX DATA, INITALLLY WILL BE MAINTINED BY AIS )

2. Maintain mail id of user ID for mail intimation

Execute T-code SU01

Enter user name

Select pushbutton change.

On another screen Enter mail address

1. Enter T-code ZPLAN

2. Select pushbutton Release Requirement
3. Execute

4. System will display Requirement Plan number to be release to responsible user ID as per Demand
approval matrix.
5. Select Plan no to be release and execute
6. Mail will be triggered for next level approval.
7. Requirement plan number will be disappeared form demand approval screen of released level stage.

(Note : Status of mail triggered can be checked by t-code SOST.)

8. Repeat the steps to approve Requirement plan no at each level.

(Note: Each approval stage has to login and execute t-code ZPLAN to approve release stage )

When CMD/CEO will release last level of requirement plan number system will activate Demand plan against requirement plan
number.

Procedure

1. Release demand by t-code ZPLAN.

2. Analyze release requirement plan number as explained above in t-code MD63.

Version activated

Result –

Demand will be available for MRP run.

3. MRP OF MATERIAL UNDER DEMAND APPROVAL

System will not execute MRP against material for which Material Requirement Plan is not released.

Demand approval ‘IMPCO@02’ is under process

1. Execute MRP before last level release of Requirement Plan

2. Enter Tcode MD02
Select Material no
Plant

3. Select MRP Selection Parameter as per image below

4. Press enter
5. System will show warning message as ‘’Demand Approval is in progress ‘XYZ’ ‘’

6. Execute Tcode MD04 and check plan receipt generated with MRP run

No Demand & Planned receipt displayed if MRP executed before demand approval

B) MRP RUN AFTER DEMAND APRROVAL RELEASE

If MRP executed for Material after last level release of Demand System will consider Demand for Planning
