Ekuator is the combination of two companies, a brokerage rm
and an investment management company. Ekuator offers hte
broadest range of products and nancial services available to our

Swarna Sekuritas
LID da Lopez, S.Sos, MM, RFC, CACP
With more than 25 years of capital market, Mr.
Lopez is a xture in the industry. He started his
career with Bank Dagang National Indonesia
in 1988 and has been in capital market since
then. His most recent position prior to joining
Ekuator Swarna Sekuritas in 2018 was as
President Director of Equity Securities
Indonesia. He is currently active in various
capital market organizations and is presently
serving as the Supervisor for Chairman
Committee for the Indonesian Securities
Companies Association for the 2017-2020, as
well as actively involved in the Indonesian
Capital Market Professionals Association.
Leveraging his extensive network, Ekuator
Swarna Sekuritas is able to stay on the forefront
of capital market innovation and
developments.
Mr. Lopez is a graduate of Perbanas' Master of
Management Program and holds Certication
in Audit Committee (CACP) from Indonesian
Institute of Audit Committee. He is also a
Registered Financial Advisor (RFC) and has
broker/dealer license, Underwriting and
Investment Management License from OJK.

Luki Sutyanto, SE, MM, CSA
Mr. Sutyanto joined Ekuator Swarna Sekuritas in
2018 and brought with him more than a
decade of experience in the Capital Market.
Started with Panin Capital in 2006 as Head of
Operations; he was one of the key driving force
for the rm (now First Asia Capital) as a Director
prior to joining Ekuator.
A graduate of Master of Management
Program from Universitas Trisakti, Luki is a
Certied Securities Analyst from Universitas of
Indonesia and Capital Market Professional
Certication Agency.
Mr. Sutyanto has extensive Sales and
Operations experience in the Capital Market
and holds OJK broker/dealer and Investment
Management License.
Supriani Tjung
Ms. Tjung, or Yani, started her career in Sentra
Investindo in 1997 and was an Equity Dealer
prior to leaving the company in 1999 to join
Henan Putihrai as Equity Sales until 2001. Yani
also spent a decade in Semesta Indovest
(2007-2017) with a focus in High Net Worth
clients prior to joining Ekuator Swarna Sekuritas
in 2018 and brought extensive Equity Sales,
Trading and Investment expertise to the rm.
Yani graduated from Universitas Persada
Indonesia-YAI Faculty of Management and
holds OJK Broker/Dealer License.

underwriting is growing at a tremendous pace. We expect strong

companies to raise funds for expansion through issuances of shares
(IPOs, rights issues and secondary offerings) as well as debt instruments

Prita Ilham Poempida, S.H.
A graduate of Universitas Parahyangan
Faculty of Law, Prita brings more than 10 years'
experience in the capital market to the rm.
She started her career in Paramitra Alfa
Sekuritas followed by Danareksa Investment
Management, closing her time there as
Institutional Marketing Manager. She then
spent the bulk of her career with Syailendra,
originally with Syailendra Capital as a Senior
Vice President before moving to Syailendra
Asia as Senior Vice President. She joined
Equator Investments as Managing Director in
2016. Restructured as Ekuator Swarna
Investama in 2018, Prita continues to provide
asset management services with the rm for
institutional, retail and high net worth
individuals.
Prita holds OJK Broker/Dealer License as well as
Investment Manager License.

Lily Haryati, S.E.
Lily Haryati is currently a director with Ekuator
Swarna Investama. A graduate of Universitas
Trisakti Faculty of Economy in Accounting, she
brings more than 15 years' capital market
experience to the rm. Her scope of expertise
includes Operation, Compliance, Risk
Management and Internal Audit.
Lily started her career with PT Mahanusa
Investment Management, which at its peak
managed more than Rp 1 trillion with more than 10
funds. When the rm was restructured in 2011 as
Equator Investments, Lily was entrusted to be a
Director and continue her role when the rm
evolved into Ekuator Swarna Investama.
Lily holds OJK Investment Manager License and
speaks uent Bahasa, English and Mandarin.
Amelia Indrawati, M.B.A.
With more than 10 years' experience in the
Indonesian capital market, Amelia's primary
responsibility lies in overseeing the rm's investment
portfolios. Amelia had joined PT Mahanusa
Investment Management in 2007, which at its
peak managed more than Rp 1 trillion through
multiple conventional funds and continued her
role with Equator Investments, subsequently
promoted as Director in 2012. She remains a
director with Ekuator Swarna Investama post-
restructuring.
Prior to that, Amelia worked in Boston peer-to-peer
IT startup WorldStreet Corp and Harvard Medical
Institutions-afliated insurance company Risk
Management Foundation in Cambridge. Amelia
received her Bachelor of Science degree in
Business Administration from Boston University
School of Management and holds an MBA from
Georgetown University's McDonough School of
Business.
Amelia holds OJK Investment Manager License
and speaks uent English and Bahasa.

Mutual Funds/ Reksadana

Mutual Funds are investment vehicles funded by investors'

pooled money to jointly invest together in stocks, bonds, money
market instruments and other securitized assets. In Indonesia, the
investment vehicle is called Reksadana and created by
Collective Investment Contract between the Investment
Management and Custodian Bank. To establish a mutual fund,
both Investment Management rm and Custodian Bank must
hold license issued by Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK), an SRO
who oversees and with the authority to regulate the Indonesian
capital market.

There are multiple types of mutual funds:

- Conventional Open-ended funds such as Equity Funds,
Balance Funds, Fixed Income Funds and Money Market Funds

- Close-ended funds, or funds with maturity dates, such as

Capital-Protected Funds

- Special-purpose funds, such as Project-based Funds,

Infrastructure Funds, REIT, Asset-backed Funds, Lifecycle
Funds, etc.

Discretionary Funds

For our sophisticated Institutional and High Net-Worth Clients,

Ekuator Swarna Investama offers Discretionary Funds Services. As
mandated by the OJK, Discretionary Funds are established by a
Mutual Fund / Reksadana bilateral agreement between the Investment Management rm
and a single client (either an individual or an entity) with a set
Disrectionary Fund minimum amount to be invested. For further information, please
