Dear Ma'am/ Sir:

The Christ the King Academy, a member of the Bohol Association of Catholic Schools Diocese of
Tagbilaran, is almost 70 years long present in the town of Antequera. It is the only Secondary Catholic
School in the said municipality. It offers Junior High School from Grades 7 to10, and Senior High
School from Grades 11 to 12 with the strands of Academic- GAS, HUMSS, ABM, and TVL-ICT.

In connection to this, Christ the King Academy seeks permission to visit your school for promotion
purposes most especially for the Grade 6 pupils who will enroll already as Grade 7 next school year. We
humbly request for you to provide us a schedule in our visitation to your school.

Your coordination in this regard will not only help our school but also your pupils to choose the best
school for them to enroll in high school.
