produce? Usually mediocre at best, with
lots of unwanted side effects. Want to
know a much better, faster, cleaner, and
more effective way to move from fear to
a life of extraordinary confidence and
success? Love the fear.
Fear comes from pain. Pain about
feeling pain. Or pain about the idea that
in the future we will experience more
pain. The fear is like a wound, and your
attention and love is like the healing
salve that will bring you back to health.
So as you pay attention to the fear
and stop resisting it, go one step further
and send it love. If your mind says
“how?” that’s it just throwing up another
roadblock to self-love. It’s still a little
freaked out about the whole idea (if I
don’t hate and bully myself, then how
am I going to win at life?). That’s fine,
