AFFIDAVIT OF HEIRSHIP WITH CONSENT

We, PRIMO LIMPAHAN, single, TEMISTOCLESA L. CONOR, married, VILLA
SOLAMILLO, RITO SOLAMILLO, VICENTE SOLAMILLO, NENE SOLAMILLO, SANTIAGO
SOLAMILLO, SUSAN SOLAMILLO, SENE SOLAMILLO, URBANO SOLAMILLO, DIONESIA
SOLAMILLO and MONICO SOLAMILLO, both of legal ages, Filipinos, with residence and postal
address at Liptong, Bacong, Negros Oriental, Philippines, after having been duly sworn to in accordance
with law, under oath, hereby say THAT:

1. We are one of the surviving compulsory heirs of the late Basilisa Solamillo, widow, one of the
registered co-owner of an undivided share of a parcel of land particularly Lot No. 4256 covered by Original
Certificate of Title No. O-V-7764 located at Liptong, Bacong, Negros Oriental, Philippines, consisting an
area of Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty-Four (9,924) Square Meters, more or less;

2. During the lifetime of Basilisa Solamillo she begot two (2) children namely Dionisio
Limpahan, married and Lorenza Limpahan, single. Further, Dionisio Limpahan begot six (6) children
namely Democrita L. Indog, Nila L. Jumanog, Santos Limpahan, Goniforte Limpahan, Basilia Limpahan
and herein affiant Temistoclesa L. Conor, who became his compulsory heirs upon his death. Further,
Democrita L. Indog begot six (6) children who survived her upon her death; while Nila L. Jumanog begot
six (6) children who survived her upon her death; while Santos Limpahan begot five (5) children who
survived him upon his death, represented by one of the children herein affiant Primo Limpahan; while
Goniforte Limpahan and Basilia Limpahan died single and without issues;

3. The above-described parcel of land was verbally partitioned among the heirs and took
possession of their respective shares by introducing improvements thereon;

4. A portion of the lot verbally adjudicated to the heirs of Santos Limpahan is planted with a tugas
tree;

5. I, PRIMO LIMPAHAN, one of the heirs of Santos Limpahan and the only heir in possession
of the share of my father in the said lot, am planning to cut down the said one (1) tugas tree that is hazardous
and am applying for permit to cut with the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR);

6. I, TEMISTOCLESA L. CONOR is giving my FULL consent to Primo Limpahan to apply for

the said permit to cut;

7. We waived and released Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) and its
representative/s from any and all claims, responsibilities, actions, liabilities, compensation or damages
which may have arisen or may arise resulting from or any manner connected with the application for a
permit to cut trees;

8. We agree to exclude DENR for any and all claims and/or liabilities to any other person, party
or entity, with respect to any matter involving to the application for permit to cut;

9. We are executing this affidavit to prove the veracity of the foregoing facts and to support the
application for permit to cut trees with the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR).
