UPGRADING OF LICENSING AND REGISTRATION FEE STRUCTURE

Board Resolution №. 079, series of 2016

WHEREAS, the present PCAB licensing and registration fees were set in the year
2000;

WHEREAS, it has been more 15 years since PCAB had set its fees and to keep up
with the increasing cost of regulation, a corresponding increase in said fees is
necessary;

WHEREAS, the legal interest rate of six percent (6%) is a fair rate to apply to
determine how an amount of money will appreciate over a period of time;

NOW, THEREFORE, the Board RESOLVES as it is hereby RESOLVED to increase all

licensing and registration fees effective on all applications applying the legal
interest rate effective Contracting Fiscal Year 2017-2018, as follows:
