Synopsis of Career and Achievements

Upon my completion of Diploma , I started my career as a QC

Inspector in Pioneer Inspection Services Pvt Ltd. I learned all
necessary technical requirements, studied hard to obtain
mandatory and relevant internationally recognized professional
trainings from some of the prestigious institutions and achieved
sound knowledge pertaining to protective / Industrial Coating
related to Oil & Gas / Petrochemical sector.
Familiarization for Quality Control Inspection & Documentation
and Knowledge & understanding of Procedures and Industry
Codes.. I have played a key role in documenting many work
procedures, preparing ITP & work instructions for projects and
also I am aware of the importance of documenting and the client's
requirements in the quality front.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Read, understand and follow the project specification and

manufacturer product data sheet.
Monitoring and maintaining records of calibration of measuring &
monitoring devices pertaining to painting works.
Surface preparation of blasting and painting.
Finding an all coating defects and know solution for solving all
coating defects.
Inspect all Equipment related to abrasive Blasting and Painting
activities prior to start the job.
Check blasting pressure with hypodermic needle pressure gauge
prior to start blasting.
Check & Record the weather condition prior to start the blasting
and coating activities.
Assess the condition of the substrate prior to start blast cleaning
and painting activities.
Monitor the abrasive blasting activities to comply with the
required standard.
Conduct surface profile measurements with the press-0-film
paper.
Monitor and check dry film requirements as per standard.
Monitoring, Witnessing, Inspection & Documentation of all paints
& coatings activities offsite & onsite.
Keep records of the entire test that have been carried out.
