Under the terms of this agreement, The Employment shall commence on Date as shall
be stipulated on the appointment once employee is been employed and shall continue
(subject always to the terms of this agreement) until terminated by either party serving
notice with three months’ notice in accordance with the provisions set out below.
The first months of the Employment shall be a probationary period and the Employer
may terminate the Employment at any time during this period on insert date as it shall
be on appointment letter if any unlawful act is been found. The Employer may extend
any period of probation at its discretion.
MODE OF WORK:
1. Working Hours: Morning 8am to 12pm and 2pm to 6pm (Monday to Saturday)
2. Salary: (14,500 POUNDS) monthly
3. Allowance 500 pounds monthly Total salary (15,000 POUNDS)
4. Method of payment: (Negotiable)
5. Accommodation: Free
6. Feeding: Free
7. Medical: Free
8. No government tax deduction out of your salary with family Health support.
9. Yearly Vacation: Six weeks’ Vacation in a year
10. Contract Duration: Full Time.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT:
The Candidate will take care of his /her visa fee while the company will provide air
ticket and accommodation and other expenses that will enable employee to come over
to UK for resumption of work duty after proof of Visa.
Acknowledge and agree that I have read this contract of employment. Further, I
understand, accept and will abide by all the terms and conditions of employment as set
out above.
Each of the parties irrevocably submits for all purposes in connection with this
agreement to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of UK.
