to Tennessee, Texas, and Ohio.

DETAILS
The Federal Bureau of Investigation is requesting the public’s assistance in locating fugitive, Bryan Douglas Conley. On June 21, 2019, Conley
allegedly removed his court mandated ankle monitoring device near Smiths Grove, Kentucky, on Interstate 65. Conley had previously been
released while awaiting trial on interstate threatening communications charges stemming from his January 2019 arrest. Conley allegedly
attempted to ransom the parents of a woman from Tennessee.

On June 21, 2019, a federal arrest warrant was issued by the United States District Court for the District of Kentucky after Conley removed his
monitoring device and failed to appear in U.S. District Court. Conley was to appear in U.S. District Court to face a superseding indictment
charging Conley with kidnapping, bank fraud, aggravated identity theft, and additional counts of interstate threatening communications.
