AFFIDAVIT/UNDERTAKING (of the Nominee-Third Party or Family member)

Affidavit of Mr RAVI DUTT SHARMA S/O LATE SH. RAGHUBAR DAYAL R/O
VILLAGE TOFAPUR, TEHSIL MAWANA, DISTT MEERUT UP

I, the above named Deponent, do hereby solemnly affirm and declare•as under:-

1. I say that MR ASHOK KUMAR S/o GILLA RAM R/o VILLAGE MAHRAULI DISTT
GHAZIABAD AND MR. BHUPENDER SINGH S/O LATE SH. VIJAY PAL SINGH
R/O VILLAGE MAHRAULI DISTT GIAZIABAD by (hereinafter referred to as
'existing Allottee') has been provisionally allotted a unit bearing no. A-GF12
situated at ANSAL COURT YARD, BYPASS ROAD situated at MODIPURAM
MEERUT (hereinafter referred to as 'subject unit') in the project at Meerut
developed by M/S Ansal Housing and Construction Limited (hereinafter referred to
as 'the Company') vide Allotment letter dated 07.09.2007 duly signed and
acknowledged by him/her.
2. I say that the existing Allottee, vide his/her Application dated 11.06.2019 has
requested the Company to substitute his/her name with my name as 'Allottee' in
its record. (hereinafter referred to as the Nominee).
3. I say that I have paid to the existing Allottee an amount of Rs. 30,00,000/-
THROUGH CHEQUE BEARING NUMBERS
(1) Punjab National Bank, Mawana Meerut (UP) 733604 DATED 08.06.2019
AMOUNT 50000/-
(2) Punjab National Bank, Mawana Meerut (UP) 733607 Amount Rs. 1475000/- dated
11.06.2019
(3) Punjab National Bank, Mawana Meerut (UP) 733608 Amount Rs. 1475000/- dt
11.06.2019 as a consideration of subject unit.
4. I say that I have carefully read and understood the contents of the aforementioned
Allotment Letter/ Flat Buyer's Agreement and Tripartite Maintenance Agreement
and has agreed that once the aforementioned Application is accepted by the
Company and my name is recorded as " Allottee" of the subject unit, I will be liable
to pay all the charges or other dues with respect to the subject unit.
5. I say that in case due to such substitution, the Company has to bear any loss in
the form of taxes/ levy, stamp duty, charges etc. or in any other form as the case
may be, the same shall be reimbursed by me promptly. In case such payment is
delayed by me due to any reason whatsoever, I shall be liable to pay interest
@12% p.m. for the delayed period.
6. I say that the contents of the aforesaid affidavit/ undertaking are true and correct
to the best of my knowledge and belief and no material fact has been concealed
therefrom.
