The following was the rundown results of this study about the Farm Tourism Concept.
SOP #1: What are the perceptions of the students, faculty and farm owners in
terms of: concept of farm tourism, and benefits of farm tourism?
On the perception of the students, faculty, and farm owners on
the farm tourism concept the Farmer got the highest weighted
mean of 3.75 and interpreted as Strongly Agree, While the
students got the lowest weighted mean of 2.23 and interpreted
Disagree. On the perception of the Students, faculty and farm
Findings owners on the farm tourism benefits the faculty got the highest
weighted mean of 3.75 and interpreted as Strongly Agree. On
the level of awareness of the students, faculty and farm owners
in farm tourism activities, the Students got the highest weighted
mean of 3.23 and interpreted as Aware. While the Students
and farm owners got the highest weighted mean of 3.44 and
interpreted as Most Aware.
The overall perception of the respondents about the benefit of
tourism has the weighted mean of 3.75, and the verbal
Conclusion interpretation of Strongly Agree. It can be concluded that the
students still need more knowledge about the benefits of farm
tourism.
We recommend that implementing the Farm tourism awareness
Recommendation
to the tourism students of Goldenstate College is a must.
SOP #2: What is the level of awareness of faculty and students on farm tourism
activities and products?
SOP #4: How will farm tourism be integrated in the curriculum of BS Tourism
Management as an elective course?
