Subject : Installation of the National Museum Important Cultural Property

(ICP) Marker on the Avanceña – Camiña Balay nga Bato

The National Museum on the 23rd of December, 2015 declared our Avanceña-Camiña
Balay nga Bato c.a. 1865 in Arevalo, Iloilo City as an Important Cultural Property by Museum
Resolution No. 23-2015 covered by R.A No. 10066.

We take pride in joining the National Museum’s declaration that an ICP is individually and
collectively meant to serve as testimony to the richness and diversity of heritage that speaks to the
longstanding and distinctive strength, resilience and dynamism of the spirit of the Filipino people.

On Feb.22, 2019, Friday at 4:00 PM, for posterity the ICP marker will be installed on the
Avanceña – Camiña Balay nga Bato as part of the significant built heritage of the country.
