3. Hazards identification
3.1 Adverse human health effects
Swallowing large amounts may result in headache, dizziness, weakness, nausea,
salivation, vomiting, muscular twitching, anxiety, sweating, contraction of
pupils and impairment of vision.
3.2 Environmental effects
DT50 (aerobic field) 7-10 days, methamidophos has been identify as a
metabolite. .

3.5 Main symptoms: overexposure may cause salivation, watery eyes, pinpoint eye
pupils, blurred vision, muscle tremors, difficult breathing, excessive sweating,
abdominal cramps, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, weakness, headache.

3.7 Emergency overview
Warning! Keep out of the reach of children. Hazard to humans and domestic
animal. May be fatal if swallowed. Harmful if inhaled or absorbed through skin.
Harmful if gets in eyes.
4. First-aid measures
4.1 Inhalation
Move the patient to fresh air and keep at rest.
Do not use mouth-to-mouth or mouth-to-nose resuscitation.
When vapors are intensively inhaled, seek medical advice immediately.
4.2 Skin contact
In case of contact with skin wash off immediately with soap and water.
4.3 Eye contact
In case of contact with the eyes, rinse immediately for at least 15 minutes with
plenty of water.
Summon a doctor immediately.
4.4 Ingestion
Do not induce vomiting.
Seek URGENT medical advice.
4.5 Important symptoms (detail of symptoms and effects should be given under
heading 11)
Symptoms of cholinesterase inhibition (gastrointestinal disturbances, dyspnoea,
narrowing of the respiratory passages, bradycardia, miosis, clonic spasms).

Dry material may be recovered and returned to original container for use.
